At Century US Wholesale, we strive to ensure your sporting equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Await Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure items are in original, resaleable condition before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the sports gear in its original packaging, include the RMA slip, and ship the parcel to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the equipment for signs of wear; approved returns will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
